We are phasing out Namola add to bill
Update for customers paying for Namola Plus via their DStv account.
From 28 February 2026, the option to pay for your Namola Plus subscription through your DStv bill will no longer be available.
This also means the discount offered by DStv when paying Namola via your DStv bill will come to an end.
When is the last date I can pay for Namola Plus via my DStv account?
With your February DStv payment. This will cover your Namola Plus subscription for the following month.
How do I change my payment method for Namola?
Please update your payment method in the Namola app.
What happens if I don’t change my payment method for Namola Plus before the end of February?
Your Namola Plus subscription will be cancelled – you will however continue to have access to Namola’s public services.
Will I still get a discount?
While DStv will no longer offer a discount, Namola may at their own discretion continue offering a discount to customers who originally signed up to Namola via DStv.
How does this impact sign in to the Namola app?
There is no change – the way you use Namola remains the same.
