Timelines for feedback:

We receive a large volume of submissions. We have devised the timelines below to ensure that all proposals are assessed fairly and timeously.

Drama/Comedy/Telenovelas/Soap Operas:

These genres can be submitted at any time. These genres will be assessed quarterly.

• Content submitted by 31 December, will be assessed in January.
• Content submitted by 31 March will be assessed by April.
• Content submitted by 30 June will be assessed in July.
• Content submitted by 30 September will be assessed in October.
• If your submissions approved, the relevant channel would contact you to engage further. However, if you do not receive a response within 90 days, please consider it unsuccessful.

Game Show/Reality:

These genres will be assessed twice a year, upon specific request.

• Content submitted by 31 March will be assessed by April.
• Content submitted by 30 September will be assessed in October.
• Should we be interested in your submission, the relevant channel will contact you to engage further. However, if you do not receive a response within 90 days, please consider it unsuccessful.

Lifestyle/Documentary/Current Affairs:

These genres can be submitted at any time dependent on channel content strategy. These genres will be assessed quarterly.
