Big Brother's house is home to players who have a piece of their hearts in the outside world with suitors who are expected to understand the nature of the game. The S'ya Mosha housemates seem to have adopted ships as a strategy to execute during their time in the house, but their execution is not without resistance.
For a group of people who have a yearning for companionship, and who hold a great value for love, a great lot of them have consciously chosen to place their relationships outside the house at risk for the ultimate prize of R2-million, and there is no remorse in sight.
All is fair in love, and the race for the title is a war of the hearts. Here's a look at the housemates whose passion for love has brought on some drama:
Sinaye sonke
Sinaye's pride in having a girlfriend, coupled with his attachment to Zee brought a ton of confusion to the housemates and the social streets. But the loverboy's moves were not exclusive to Zee, but to disruptor Fahima as well.
He spilt the tea to Yolanda and she sipped it all up. Sinaye revealed that he has spent at least two innocent nights with Fahima, much to Yolanda's shock. His physical intimacy with Zee was brought up, and his ambiguous response served as all the confirmation Yolanda needed that they had in fact already kissed.
A heartless Mpumi?
Mpumi has been at the centre of a relationship tiff between Jareed and Liema after she brought the matter of his wandering eye to the surface. She has since explored many good times with him out in the open, and in the still of the night behind Liema's back. Her midnight shenanigans were soon brought to Liema's attention, which led to an impromptu 'family meeting' after the previous Saturday Night Party.
The girls had a moment to speak woman-to-woman earlier today and ironed out their differences yet again. Mpumi made it clear that she has a man who she has the feels for on the outside. So as far as her heart is concerned, she left it at home, and carries no feelings for any boy in the house.
Her situationship with Jareed is no more than just lust. Mpumi also shared her hope of stepping out to find her relationship intact when she gets home, but given how she has moved in the house, she would not be surprised if she is already a single woman.
Young moves for Young Pappi
Young Pappi was vocal about a lover on the outside upon his entry to the game, but that relationship is exactly where he left it, outside. He has gone on to take an interest in a number of women in the house, and shared many steamy kisses over his time. He has taken a moment to consider what his girlfriend may think of his actions, but made it clear that he is not consumed by guilt.
The housemates' speed dating revealed a lot to HoH McJunior and he couldn't keep it to himself. On his date with Zee, he learnt that she is in a relationship of a whole two years, and Mpumi is no single woman either. This revelation short-circuited in McJunior's head and he could not fathom how the relationships in the house could be real. "These couples are just using each other," said HoH McJunior.
