Kea discovers she was betrayed by everyone she trusted, and Lerato feels isolated by her friends.
Episode 7: Monday, 03 August: “The Final Kick of a Dying Horse”
The boys are down bad! Mondli does whatever it takes to win Lerato back and Rhami is finally helpless as Kea holds all the cards. Following Mapula’s lavish gifts, Ernest considers they should return it and he questions her bonus.
Episode 8: Tuesday, 04 August: “It Wasn't Me”
Rhami is caught like a deer in headlights, but sticks to his guns. Kea continues tormenting Rhami while Pretty confides in her mother. Lerato gives Mondli fresh divorce papers after he peed on the last ones.
Episode 9: Wednesday, 05 August: “Nothing But The Truth”
Kea blindsides everyone when she brings Lethabo and Warona to the family meeting. Kea continues to confront Rhami as he continues to deny. Mondli is served the divorce papers by the sheriff.
Episode 10: Monday, 10 August: “Set Fire To The Rain”
The full truth comes out, Kea discovers she was betrayed by everyone she trusted. Mondli takes his rage to the soccer field. Ernest describes to Mapula a kind of lie that would destroy their marriage.
Episode 11: Tuesday, 11 August: Until Death Do Us Part”
Kea kicks Rhami out but he still has one more card up his sleeve to try win her back. Pretty and Gabisile seek support from Bomma, in their attempt to make Kea account for using the kids. Mondli spots Lerato with her new man.
Episode 12: Wednesday, 12 August: “Vula iGate”
Just when it seems like Kea and Rhami may find their way back to each other, Pretty shows up baying for blood. Bomma intervenes and asks Kea for forgiveness. Mondli’s locked up in a holding cell after punching Sbu.
Episode 13: Monday, 17 August: “Unhealed Wounds”
To Kea, her man is the prize while Pretty is prepared to lose it all for her kids. A client Mapula swindled years ago returns to haunt her. Mondli finally gets his freedom, he and Lerato start living separate lives under the same roof.
Episode 14: Tuesday, 18 August: “Shattered Silence”
Tshepi catches her parents off guard when she drops a big bomb during dinner. Mapula fights for her life as she tries to secure the money to pay Livhuwani.
Episode 15: Wednesday, 19 August: “The Bed He Made”
Rhami sits Tshepi down and owns up to everything. Mondli shocks the room by agreeing to sign the divorce papers, then demands half of Lerato's salary in the same breath. Mapula pays Livhuwani off and thinks it's the end of her worries.
Episode 16: Monday, 24 August: “The Ultimatum”
As Rhami tries to save his marriage, Kea lays down strict conditions for moving forward. Ernest accidentally discovers a massive hole in the household savings. Lerato is reminded why she fell in love with Mondli.
Episode 17: Tuesday, 25 August: “The Unwanted”
Kea focuses on the glowing magazine article celebrating her marriage. Rhami battles to close the widening gap with Lethabo. Mapula struggles to repair the damage caused by her secret spending. Lerato feels isolated by her friends.
Episode 18: Wednesday, 26 August: “It All Comes Crashing Down”
Mondli finally signs the divorce papers and leaves his marital home. Mapula lies to her husband about what she did with the money. Lethabo and Tshepi meet up and it ends with them playing a game that ruins Kea’s book reading.
Episode 19: Monday, 31 August:” Back to Basics”
Kea shuts everyone out before deciding that she and Rhami need marriage counselling, and her father is the person for the job. Mondli moves back to Thembisa and struggles to face his new reality. Ernest sends the matching cars away.
