Nandi & The Rev are back for Season 2

One of Mzansi's most talked-about couples Nandipha (Queen Nandi) and Reverend Mlombi are making a much-anticipated return to the screen with the second installment of Nandi & The Rev from Sunday 12 July at 19:00.

After Season 1, viewers were left with many questions regarding the couple’s dynamic and how they would navigate challenges they faced, especially after the birth of their seventh child. This season, Nandi & The Rev are focusing on rebuilding after the storm, asking whether healing is truly possible when old wounds continue to resurface.

Looking at modern marriage and leadership, the couple explores the couple’s partnership as Rev tries to reclaim his role as the head of the family with Nandi questioning what she wants in the relationship and for her personal growth.

Having made peace with the church, Rev starts to explore possibilities of starting his own ministry, looking at whether he can rebuild his credibility and redefine faith on his terms. There are also the intricate family relations issues as both are set to confront unresolved matters, including Nandi’s fractured relationship with her siblings and the Rev’s search for answers about his father.
