It appears Big Zulu is finally having his big moment. While most artists mourn their losses thanks to the challenging landscape of promoting their records through the new norm, the hitmaker has triumphantly unleashed a blockbuster hit! And it's not just that 'Imali Eningi' is dominating charts, streams, and the streets, it's also the fact that the single, along with the remix featuring Riky Rick, is on the tip of everyone's mouth. 

Now touted as a strong contender for song of the year, the single has been getting heavy co-sign from Big Zulu's peers. The most noteworthy of these is the viral social media challenge championed by Duduzane Zuma. After the politician shared a video showcasing his boss walk with an entourage, all soundtracked by the song, many joined in on the fun. The #MaliEningiChallenge has since attracted hundreds of similar homemade of fans putting their finest walks on display as the song blazes in the background. 

What's more, 'Mali Eningi' has premiered on the Channel O Top 30, firing in at #10. With all the buzz, it will be interesting to see if and when the smash hit will roar all the way to the top.
