He was not impressed when she revealed on their first date that she had her ex there when Jeandre visited her family. They discussed exes who are friends. The two decide to not go on a second date.

Radio DJ and producer Humphrey from Thema in Springs chose Ivonne as his date on the dating reality show Date My Family. The two hit it off immediately and tells each other what they are looking for in a relationship. Humphrey, who describes himself as an old-fashioned guy feels Ivonne is a respectable woman. They agree to go on a second date with each other.

Thami Nyandeni, a schoolteacher from Mountain View, chose Thando as his date on Date My Family on Mzansi Magic. The two discuss their first impressions of each other, and in the end, Thando doesn’t seem keen to have a second date with Thami.
