Sunday night dramas on channel 161 have always been serving us content goals, but this year, things just got to a new level. Mzansi Magic is bringing you the drama with its new show, Komkhulu. Here are all the reasons not to miss the season premiere this Sunday at 20:00.

1. Ndebele nation stand-up 🔥

This masterpiece is Mzansi's first IsiNdebele drama and this is big deal! If you appreciate diverse content then this show is for you.

2. New talent o'clock 🕑

There will be one or two familiar faces, but we will be unlocking new talent and we're pretty sure this amazing cast will become fan favourites too.

3. Rhythm World Productions does it again 🎥

If Umkhokha is anything to go by, Rhythm World Productions will give people want they want. So we're expecting them to bring the drama!

4. Mysticism and medieval content are always a win 👑

There's nothing we enjoy more than going back in time and reimagining old folk tale stories. Seeing kingdoms and costumes come alive on screen is what good TV is all about.

5. An enthralling storyline 🙌🏽

This 13-episode drama is about a young Ndebele king, Chief Masoso Mbonani, who struggles to protect his chiefdom from members of his own council, so a power struggle ensues. You will be on the edge of your seat!

Tune in to Komkhulu on Mzansi Magic, DStv Channel 161, every Sunday at 20:00 starting from 9 April 2023. Keep an eye out for more details on Mzansi Magic’s social media channels, Facebook, TwitterInstagram, and TikTok
