As part of our ongoing commitment to drive value and convenience while enhancing the viewing experience for customers, DStv has launched a new offering giving customers early access to some of their favourite shows.
Customers can watch select shows ahead of their linear broadcast by watching Catch Up on the DStv App or by connecting their DStv Explora to the internet. There, they will find a row titled โEarly Accessโ with shows available to watch before theyโve broadcast on their respective channels.ย
On Monday 23 August, DStv made available local telenovelaโsย Legacy, The River,ย Suidoosterย and international reality seriesย Love Island UK. Last week Friday 27 August,ย Hacksย season 1 was loaded and this week viewers will have access to international series:ย Cold Courage S1ย andย Evil S2,ย with more shows due to be added in due course.ย
The local telenovelaโs -ย Legacy, The Riverย andย Suidoosterย โ are available to watch one day before the episode airs on M-Net, 1Magic and kykNET. The full Box Sets of M-Netโs brand-new international series โย Hacks S1 and Cold Courage S1, as well as the first eight episodes of Evil S2, will also be made available directly after their first episodes premiere on the channel.ย And customers can also binge a full weekโs episodes of the popular reality showย Love Island UKย before it airs on M-Net. All you have to do is watch these shows on Catch Up via the DStv App or on your internet-connected Explora.
