DStv expands BBC Studios’ channel portfolio with the launch of the sixth BBC channel.

From Thursday, 15 December BBC UKTV Channel (DStv Channel 134) brings you the very best of the BBC for the entire family to enjoy.

From their world-class documentaries to quality children’s shows, comedies, high-end dramas, lifestyle series and soaps, the channel offers DStv viewers access to BBC’s award-winning catalogue. The line-up includes the daily children’s show block between 06:00 – 09:00, soaps at 19:00, and family-friendly comedies at 19:30, and so much more. BBC UKTV will be available on DStv Family, DStv Access and DStv Easy View.

Top Gear

The Great British Bake Off

British home bakers join hosts Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding in the big white tent with judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. The season kicks off with showstopping illusion cakes.

Your tinies will learn basic language and facts with the sweet and engaging Yakka Dee (baby & toddler), animal loving kids will love My Pet And Me (ages 4 and up), which shows how children care for all sorts of animals, and Andy’s Safari Adventures, and Andy’s Aquatic Adventure (age 3 and up).
