How we made a difference

It started as a daring idea: to raise R20 million to support state paediatric units in hospitals across South Africa. That’s one million Rand for every year that Carte Blanche had been on air to celebrate a massive milestone. But that was more than 15 years ago. Since then, with the support of its generous corporate donors and viewers, the Carte Blanche Making a Difference Trust continues to change the lives of thousands of children and babies throughout the country.
