If you’re staring at the walls and wondering how much you could really do with your house, strap in for a wild makeover. Hosts Scott Cam and Shelley Craft return alongside site foremen Keith Schleiger and Dan Reilly, and judges Shaynna Blaze and Darren Palmer. They’re giving five pairs of DIY fanatics just 12 weeks to turn postwar brick houses, located on the same street in Victoria in Australia, into two-storey mansions. But Scotty has a twist up his sleeve.

Grand Designs Australia

Welcome back to the show that should be mandatory viewing for any couple who’re weighing up a massive home reno project. Host Peter Madison visits Australian owner-builders with big dreams and off-the-wall visions. In episode 1, retired architect Rob and his wife Sally want to make over an old dairy farm just outside the NSW town of Mystery Bay so that it blends into the landscape. Their son Jack, also an architect, has strong ideas about how they should do it.

One of our favourite “budget? What budget?” home reno shows returns as husband-wife team Dave and Jenny Marrs renovate historic homes in Bentonville, Arkansas. They use their resources to transform houses into masterpieces for buyers who want a slower-paced lifestyle in a small town. This season, they’ll also transform a storage barn into a fun and functional home for a Habitat for Humanity project, and help tornado victims to rebuild after Bentonville’s season of 12 big storms.

Filthy Fortunes

Reality. Hoarding expert Matt Paxton, appraiser Mike Kelleher, picker Chris Davis and cleanout manager Kayland Brock visit hoarder houses across the US to pick out any valuables, and split the profits with the homeowners. This season, the team helps some adult children whose late father once proclaimed himself the “Best Hoarder Ever”, as they uncover vintage toys, hidden firearms, and a 1960s Austin-Healey car. They’ll also find everything from 60s Beatles demo recordings to carved bullets from the Civil War.

Follow buyers who’re searching for the waterfront home of their dreams. And then there are couples with opposing tastes whose entire relationship hinges on whether they can agree on which house to buy, and at least one pageant queen is in search of perfection.

Sometimes you just want to stay inside and imagine a world where everyone is kind and feeds you sweet treats!
