There was never a shortage of flames and brilliant flavours in the MasterChef Australia kitchen. Over the years there have been some delicious moments and we're looking at some of them.

Reynold Poernomo - White Noise

Reynold was known for excellence with most of his dishes. He always found a way to put a signature spin on the dishes he created for season 12. One of the most delicious and memorable was his dessert called "white noise". It blew the judges away and had Gordon Ramsey calling it one of the most spectacular dishes ever seen.

Callan Smith - Salmon Tartare

One of the youngest contestants to enter the MasterChef Australia kitchen was 18-year-old Callan Smith. He wowed the judges on season 9 with his salmon tartare that had the perfect flavor and textures. Former MasterChef Australia judge Matt Preston said everyone would remember the name Kallen Smith, and he was right, we do!

Fred Change - Malted Chocolate Cake

This delicate and divine chocolate masterpiece from Fred in season 10 had Gordon Ramsey licking the plate! All the judges enjoyed the dish and amongst all the joy, even resulted in a broken plate.

Matt Sinlair - Death Dish

In season 8, Matt Sinclair cooked a duck skin breast with risotto and managed to impress the judges to say yes and officially welcome him into the Masterchef Australia kitchen! It seems the death dish brought his MasterChef Australia journey to life.

Nidhi  Mahajan- Chicken Curry

Season 8 contestant Nidhi impressed the legendary Marco Pierre White with her flavour-filled chicken curry despite her unpleasant plating. Impressing Marco is an achievement on its own! She managed to nail the challenge with simplicity and authenticity.
