Do I have to buy a router from you / Can I buy a SIM only package?
If you already have an approved router, there is no need to take one from us. You can buy a SIM only package too, however you will need a FLTE router to use this service.

You can take your DStv Router to any of our service centres or agencies for testing and if necessary, they will replace the unit.
How do I cancel my contract?
Please get in touch with us directly so we can advise you of costs and arrange for cancellation of your contract. Please note that if you have taken a deal which includes a DStv subscription, cancellation of your DStv subscription will also result in cancellation of the contract.
Can I change the DStv package on my DStv Internet contract?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time, but downgrades are not allowed and will be considered as cancellation of your contract. Example: If your contract includes DStv Compact, you can upgrade to either Compact Plus or Premium, but cannot downgrade to a package below Compact.

No, however contracts including hardware are subject to affordability checks.
How many users can connect to my router?
It’s important to note that the number of users will impact your internet performance and speed. Our routers allow for up to 64 devices to be connected at any one time.
