Yes, the number of devices registered for streaming goes from four to ten (customers are allowed up to ten registered devices on which they can stream DStv). However, the number of concurrent streams AND the devices on which you can stream DStv, are determined by your subscription.

No, the offline viewing feature is not impacted by the addition of a Mobile Stream.
Are there any restrictions on who can use the Mobile Stream?
No. However, please note, ADDING a Mobile Stream is only available to our residential customers (excluding EasyView).
Can I add a Mobile Stream if my subscription is on a contract?
Yes. The Mobile Stream is however not added to your contract. It is added to your account and requires payment monthly (together with payment for any other services you have with us).
Can my installer add a Mobile Stream while installing my decoder / setting up my subscription?
Not at the moment. Only the subscriber can add a Mobile Stream to their subscription.
