DStv recently introduced a new service which is designed to provide customers with a more efficient and convenient experience. The DStv Express Pass eliminates the need for customers to queue or contend with unpredictable wait times.
Instead, customers can now schedule an appointment online at their own convenience and subsequently visit the site for prompt assistance.
This streamlined process is both quick and simple, enhancing the overall experience for DStv customers.
What makes the process quick with the DStv Express Pass is that the agents will know the purpose of each customer’s visit and they will manage the issue at first contact at the Customer Experience Centres.
Currently, there are two Customer Experience Centres – in Polokwane and Randburg.

- You’ll be provided with a time-slot and a confirmation for the visit
