Agency S2 

Michael Fassbender returns as Martian, a CIA operative who has spent years disappearing into other people's lives, only to find compartmentalising his past far harder than the job demands. Season two pulls him back toward Samia, the woman he once walked away from, while Richard Gere's station chief and Jeffrey Wright's deputy navigate a widening web of mercenaries, hostile governments and internal betrayal. Adapted from the acclaimed French series The Bureau, it's a slow-burn spy thriller built on character as much as tradecraft.

Undeclared War S2 

Simon Pegg returns as Danny Patrick, Director of Operations at GCHQ, as the UK's cyber defence unit deals with the fallout of a devastating Russian attack. Just as the team believes it has gained the upper hand, a mole inside the agency surfaces, and Danny's wife Barbara, now working inside GCHQ herself, gets pulled directly into the fight. Season two raises the stakes on a genuinely different kind of spy thriller, trading gunfights for the quieter, more paranoid tension of cyber warfare.

All American S7 

All American enters its final season with most of its founding cast moved on, refocusing on a new generation of Crenshaw and Beverly players stepping into rivalries built over six seasons. Michael Evans Behling's Jordan Baker anchors the new chapter as a coach carrying his late father's legacy, while Daniel Ezra returns in a guest capacity, closing the loop on the character who started it all. It's a bittersweet send-off that trades nostalgia for a genuine changing of the guard.

The Death of Bunny Munro S1 

Matt Smith stars as Bunny Munro, a sex-addicted door-to-door beauty salesman whose wife's suicide leaves him solely responsible for his young son, Bunny Junior. With only a loose grasp of parenting, the two set off on an increasingly chaotic road trip across Southern England, each trying to process grief in their own, very different way. Adapted from Nick Cave's acclaimed novel, it's a darkly comic, deeply uncomfortable character study anchored by a performance that refuses to soften Bunny's worst instincts.

Peacemaker S2 

John Cena is back as Christopher Smith, aka Peacemaker, the morally questionable antihero who genuinely believes peace is worth achieving by any means necessary, however violent. Season two leans further into James Gunn's signature mix of ultraviolence, needle-drops and surprisingly sincere emotional beats, pushing Peacemaker deeper into DC's expanding universe while keeping his dysfunctional found family front and centre. It's a superhero show that never takes itself too seriously, except in the moments it suddenly, unexpectedly does.

NCIS S23 

Alden Parker (Gary Cole) leads the team into deeply personal territory this season, hunting for answers after his father's murder pulls him toward mob boss Carla Marino and threatens to derail his entire career. Season twenty-three marks the franchise's 500th episode, balancing case-of-the-week procedural mystery with the kind of long-simmering personal fallout that's kept NCIS running for over two decades.

St Denis Medical S2 

A major donation throws St Denis Medical's chronically underfunded hospital into chaos, as administrator Joyce (Wendi McLendon-Covey) bites off more than she can chew trying to build a state-of-the-art birthing centre. Supervising nurse Alex (Allison Tolman) returns from vacation determined to keep the good vibes going, not easy with Joyce in full panic mode and new romantic tension simmering between the younger staff. This mockumentary-style comedy finds plenty of heart in an Oregon hospital that never quite has enough of anything except chaos.

The Miniature Wife S1

A failed experiment leaves Lindy (Elizabeth Banks) shrunk to six inches tall, and what should be a straightforward fix from her scientist husband Les (Matthew Macfadyen) drags on for days, then weeks. As Lindy realises her situation might not be entirely accidental, the series turns a bizarre premise into a sharp examination of control within marriage. Dark, funny and genuinely uncomfortable in places, it's less about the shrinking itself than about everything the accident exposes in a relationship that was already fraying.

Bodyguard of Lies 

This documentary exposes two decades of deception spun by the US government during the war in Afghanistan, drawing on insider testimony, confidential documents and private recordings from officials at the highest levels of military and political leadership. Rather than focus solely on the human cost, it traces the money: the flawed metrics, the buried reports and the political incentives that kept an unwinnable war funded and running for twenty years. It's a sobering account, built for anyone still trying to understand how it went on so long.

ABC Killer S1 

Thirty years ago, rookie journalist Tamsen de Beer took a call at The Star newspaper from a man claiming to be South Africa's most prolific serial killer. The ABC Killer reconstructs the disturbing rapport that followed, with Gifter Ngobenisen playing Moses Sithole, who hunted young women across Atteridgeville, Boksburg and Cleveland in 1994 and 1995. Told through re-enactment and first-hand testimony, the series traces both the manhunt and the toll of a killer who kept talking to the reporter chasing him.

Bad Behaviour S1 

Discipline camps promising to fix troubled teenagers are multiplying fast across South Africa, and this documentary exposes what often happens behind that promise. Three case studies pull back the curtain on the country's version of the Troubled Teen Industry, a term long used in the US and only now gaining traction locally, revealing abuse, exploitation and unchecked power dressed up as tough love. First-person testimony, archival footage, social media clips and dramatised recreations combine to show parents the warning signs before they hand their child over.

The Real Housewives of Orange County S20 

Orange County's original Housewives are back for a milestone twentieth season, proving the franchise that started it all still has plenty of drama left in the tank. Twenty seasons in, the ladies of the OC show no sign of slowing down.
