Liema wins Big Brother Mzansi Season 6
A comeback journey ends in victory and R2 million on Mzansi Magic DStv Channel 161.
After 72 unforgettable days in the Big Brother Mzansi house, Liyema “Liema” Pantsi emerged victorious, claiming the Season 6 crown as well as the R2 million prize money.
The 24-year-old musician, who first appeared in Season 4, made her mark once again this season. In her earlier run, she entered the Fate Room and was faced with a dramatic choice: leave the game with R250 000 or stay and continue the fight for the grand prize. After careful consideration, she took the money and exited, a decision that left fans curious about what her journey could have been.
This season, she got her shot at redemption. Going into the finale with her were Bravo B, Didi, Que, Thandeka and Trixie. In a tense finale that came down to the final two, Liema and Thandeka, host Smash Afrika announced the result: Liema had secured 33.84% of the vote, officially taking the title. For her loyal fanbase, the Lilies, it was the perfect full-circle moment.
Liema brought vibrancy to the house from the moment she walked in; her personality, rhythm, dance moves, and infectious energy helped shape the atmosphere of the season.
