My Kitchen Rules SA

Each episode of this reality competition has two sections. In Instant Restaurant, each team of two cooks must serve a 3-course meal to judges J Something and David Higgs, and their competitors. The two teams with lowest results then face off in a Challenge Knock-Out Competition in the MKRSA Kitchen and the losing team is eliminated.
