DStv HD Single View with Installation Voucher or bought on Contract

If you buy a DStv HD single view decoder with installation or on contract, the deal comes standard with the following:

  • Installation of your DStv HD decoder to one TV point by an accredited installer
  • Activation of your DStv services
  • Basic decoder functionality demonstration
  • 3-month warranty on workmanship
  • A 12-month warranty on equipment supplied

DStv Explora & Ultra bought with Installation Voucher or bought on Contract

If you buy a DStv Explora or Ultra with installation or on contract, the deal comes standard with the following:

  • Installation of your DStv Explora or Ultra decoder to two TV points by an accredited installer
  • Activation of your DStv services
  • Basic decoder functionality demonstration
  • 3-month warranty on workmanship
  • A 12-month warranty on equipment supplied

Important info

There may be added costs for additional travel, cabling or amplification required – all, which are for your account. Please confirm requirements with your installer before the installation. Your installation excludes costs for work such as connecting the decoder to more than 1 TV or linking it to other decoders. This information is valid for installation vouchers sold at selected retailers, Price Lock deals that include installation and decoders sold with installation at retailers, service centre or agencies. Installations can only be done by DStv Accredited Installers.
