Register and login to MyDStv, add the "Extra stream" under My Products and you're done!
Buy an Extra Stream- Go to DStv.com (this website)
- Select "MyDStv" from the main nav bar
- You may need to login or register
- Select "My Products"
- Locate the active subscription (this is the one, to which the new extra mobile stream will be added) and tap on "Manage"
- Scroll down and select "Add Ons"
- From the Stream Package drop down select "DStv Streaming Mobile only" and follow the prompts.
Just WhatsApp it
Add an extra stream quickly and easily by sending "Extra Stream" to 060 060 3788 on WhatsApp.
Open WhatsAppIf you haven't already simply say "Hello" to us on WhatApp on (060 060 3788) on your mobile or desktop.
- First time users may have to login
- Then follow tap on or type in "Main menu"
- Select "Manage"
- Select "Link Package"
- Choose the account using the your Smartcard number
- Choose the "DStv Streaming only" option
- Confirm the amount and you're all done!
Use the MyDStv App
You can use the MyDStv Mobile App to manage your products and setup your extra stream.
Get our AppDownload and login to the MyDStv App
- Select the "Manage" tab from the bottom
- Select "My Products"
- Locate the active subscription (this is the one, to which the new extra mobile stream will be added) and tap on "Manage"
- Select either "Link Add on Packages " or "Link Packages"
- Select "DStv Streaming Mobile only" and follow the prompts
