If you reconnect within 30 days, your Mobile Stream is automatically reconnected. If you reconnect after 30 days, you will need to let us know which services you want reconnected.

What happens to my Mobile Stream if I cancel DStv or don't pay my DStv subscription?

If your DStv subscription is inactive (whether due to non-payment or because you disconnected it), your Mobile Stream will automatically be disconnected at the same time.

When do I start paying for my Mobile Stream?

Your Mobile Stream is billed monthly. If you add it when signing UP to DStv Stream, payment is required immediately. If you add it later, you are billed from the day you add your Mobile Stream, with payment only required on your next payment date (this means you are charged pro-rata up to your DStv payment date).

How will I know if my Mobile Stream was successfully added?

You should be able to stream on two devices at the same time. If you get an error message when trying to stream on a second device, please contact our teams for assistance.
