You can reset your password on the login section of the app (there’s a link for ‘Forgot Password’).
How do I go about resetting my password on the DStv website?
Simply click on Forgot Password and enter the email address you used when you registered. You will then receive an email with a once off reset password link. The link will redirect you to the DStv website where you can set up your password.
What do you track when I sign in to the MyDStv app?
When you log in, we will request your email address and password so we can authenticate you as a DStv customer and manage the login process.
