You will automatically retain ADD movies (unless you have requested to cancel it).The only time you will NOT retain ADD movies is when you upgrade to DStv Premium (as DStv Premium already has all the available movie channels) or downgrade to EasyView.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time, but downgrades are not allowed and will be considered as cancellation of your contract. Example: If your contract includes DStv Compact, you can upgrade to either Compact Plus or Premium, but cannot downgrade to a package below Compact.
