We will accept your ID number to verify the account holders age
An active pay TV subscription of a minimum of 3 years (during which there has been no disconnection) is required.
One 65+ reward can be claimed per account. If an account has multiple active subscriptions, the account holder must nominate the subscription to which the reward is applied.
This reward is applied from your next payment date and not from the date on which the reward is claimed
Disconnection of the subscription linked to this reward will result in cancellation of the discount. Visit your Rewards dashboard and claim your discount.
This reward is not available to customers who pay their subscription annually, who are on a contract which includes their subscription or who already have a discount applied to their subscription. A change in status of the account to any of the above will result in cancellation of this reward.
The discount is a % and is ONLY applied to your monthly subscription for your selected package. The discount is NOT applied to any add-ons to your subscription (including, but not limited to Access Fee, ADD movies, extra stream or any other products or services you have linked to your subscription).
