65+ Reward Rules

  • We will accept your ID number to verify the account holders age
  • An active pay TV subscription of a minimum of 3 years (during which there has been no disconnection) is required.
  • One 65+ reward can be claimed per account. If an account has multiple active subscriptions, the account holder must nominate the subscription to which the reward is applied.
  • This reward is applied from your next payment date and not from the date on which the reward is claimed
  • Disconnection of the subscription linked to this reward will result in cancellation of the discount. Visit your Rewards dashboard and claim your discount.
  • This reward is not available to customers who pay their subscription annually, who are on a contract which includes their subscription or who already have a discount applied to their subscription. A change in status of the account to any of the above will result in cancellation of this reward.
  • The discount is a % and is ONLY applied to your monthly subscription for your selected package. The discount is NOT applied to any add-ons to your subscription (including, but not limited to Access Fee, ADD movies, extra stream or any other products or services you have linked to your subscription).
