It’s where whispers turn into tears, where bravado fades into vulnerability, and where Biggie listens; sometimes firmly, sometimes gently, as the housemates pour out the weight of the game. This week, emotions ran heavy.
Imisi: “I’m not fine, I’m numb.”
Imisi walked into the Diary Room already carrying the exhaustion of the week on her shoulders. She confessed that the house is slowly unravelling her - making her feel disorganised, unlike herself. She recalled rushing from workout to task, barely managing to clean up, forced to throw a hoodie over her robe. It felt symbolic: covering up and holding it together, when inside she was falling apart.
Kaybobo, Faith, and Rooboy have been on her case all week. Words cut her deeply as she’s not the type to ignore them. With Rooboy, things went too far. She called him two-faced and he exploded on her. Retelling it brought tears. Then came Kaybobo: accusing her of hoarding onions, saying she has to beg for food in the kitchen, even hinting she instigated Victory. For Imisi, those words crossed a line. She doesn’t forgive easily, and she won’t forgive this. “Kaybobo always wants to impress people,” she told Biggie, insisting she only ever sided with Victory. Isabella remains her closest ally; Imisi has even warned her not to waste tears on KK, a man who “won’t change outside the house.”The gossip hurts. Whispers of her stealing food sting the most especially because she barely eats. “They want to ruin my name,” she cried. Yesterday alone, she clashed with three people. She insists she isn’t strong the way they think. She just wants peace, not fights.
Yet in the middle of her tears, Biggie nudged her to laugh again. She slipped into an Omo ghetto impression - raw, funny, unfiltered. For a moment, the heaviness lifted. Still, her trust is thin. She feels Zita changed with the HOH crown, she doesn’t like fighting with women and she questions the sincerity of most relationships in the house except with Kola. “They’re not genuine,” she sighed. “Only Kola. Maybe Sabrina too.”
Denari: A quiet listener, wrestling with his own disappointment
Denari entered calmer, reflective. Another week in Biggie’s house meant more layers of people being revealed. He admitted surprise at Thelma Lawson, he once thought she thrived on conflict, but she’s shown kindness too. “Everyone has a good and bad side,” he mused.
The HoH challenge haunted him. He was too deep in his head, disappointed in his own performance. Zita’s win made him proud, but he still felt inadequate. “I was beating myself up,” he confessed, even skipping out on the dressing-up games afterwards. Doris, his closest person, called him out for his performance and it stung. “She wasn’t sensitive,” he said, though they later reconciled. His friendship with Doris is tender but fragile. He doesn’t like feeling attacked, and he struggles with speaking up. “I’m a good listener,” he told Biggie quietly, “I don’t talk much."
For Denari, the prize money twist is motivation. For now, he sees friendships, not alliances. Still, he’s watching. He’s noticed Zita becoming more independent since Danboskid’s exit. Isabella, he thinks, could survive on her own. Kayikunmi, however, was always dependent. He ended his session on a note of nostalgia; smiling about Nollywood, the games, the theme of the week. Beneath his self-criticism, Denari remains steady, quietly learning.
Gigi Jasmine: A smile on the outside, loneliness within
“I’m great,” Gigi Jasmine began brightly then she gave excitedly gave Bigggie a download of the tea in the house, the food fight involving Kaybobo, Victory and Rooboy, but the cracks soon showed. She misses the gym and she also misses her friend Otega. Denari, once her closest friend, is now distant, wrapped up in Doris. “We used to look at each other,” she said softly, “now we don’t even meet eyes."
She tries to cope by keeping busy; doing nails, finding small joys. But she admitted feeling like her friendships now are surface-level, nothing like the ones she lost when housemates left. She wants to stay strong for them, to make them proud. She mentioned her son's birthday coming up in a few days and missing him most at this time. Still, she smiled talking about Nollywood. Like Imisi, she found comfort in the week’s theme, in childhood memories flickering back to life inside Biggie’s house.
Rooboy: No more Mr nice guy
Rooboy came in firm, almost defiant. “I’m not the good guy anymore,” he said. The kitchen, the food politics, the tension of power it has all gotten under his skin. He admitted blowing up at Victory, Kaybobo, and even Imisi. “I gave her my mind,” he told Biggie, unapologetic. Still, Biggie reminded him: know the rules before you react.
Even in his frustration, Rooboy sees the prize money as motivation, a reason to work together. He recognised the grief each housemate carries, Kola missing Sabrina, Thelma missing Otega, Zita missing Danboskid. Beneath the anger, he knows it’s all just the game.
Ivatar: Tired of snakes and silent battles
Ivatar’s mood was subdued. She doesn’t like how Mensan treats her; complaining about her food, shouting, showing her no care. She insists she’s been nothing but genuine. She feels rumours swirling, alliances forming, food disappearing. She feels like a target. Still, she found a spark of excitement in the week’s theme. She loves the performances, the nostalgia, the art of it all. But in the house itself, she is weary. “There’s a snake here,” she warned.
Konyin: A birthday like no other
For Konyin, this diary session was special — his very first real birthday celebration. He admitted birthdays had never felt important before and he has never celebrated his birthday but inside Biggie’s house, the day became unforgettable. On Sunday’s revelations, he stayed unbothered, saying life is full of talk behind people’s backs: “If you want to call me egg, call me egg, but I know I’m not your fish.” He welcomed the fluctuating prize twist, noting it keeps housemates sharp: “If you snooze, you lose.” Though evictions sting, he reminded himself it’s still a competition. He also praised new HoH Zita as calm, respectful, and gentle in her leadership.
To cap it off, Konyin wished for cake, games, and laughter with his fellow housemates — a birthday he’ll never forget.
Biggie’s House this week
The Diary Room this week revealed a house divided, some breaking under pressure, others clinging to moments of joy. Imisi’s tears, Denari’s quiet disappointment, Gigi’s loneliness, Rooboy’s anger, Ivatar’s unease… all threading into one truth: Biggie’s house is a mirror. It shows them parts of themselves they’d rather not see. And yet, between the fights, the food wars, the gossip and grief, there are sparks of laughter, impressions of Omo ghetto, and childhood Nollywood nostalgia binding them to something bigger than the game.
All housemates are up for possible eviction this week, with the exception of Head of House Zita, Most Influential Player Jason Jae, and Faith and Mensan, who have immunity after being saved by the HoH.
