Day 30 – 22 Aug: Housemates analyse failed campaigns – BBNaija

22 August 2023
After last night's failed "pardon me please" nominations, the housemates try to find out what could have gone wrong.

The All Stars house was filled with disappointment following the announcement that the Pardon Me Please nomination had ended in a deadlock. The housemates who had schemed heavily before the nominations gathered in small groups to understand what might have gone wrong.

Cross, who had campaigned for a pardon from his fellow housemates, had a series of conversations where he tried to decipher the reason for not getting a pardon and also to sort out his friendships and alliances in the house. While speaking with Neoenergy and Kim Oprah, he tried to decipher who didn't nominate him for a pardon, but did not have a solid conclusion. Ceec, on the other hand, was bold enough to reveal that she did not nominate Cross despite his plea because Cross hadn't spoken to her for a while and only found his voice when it was time for nominations.

Angel, who actually had a tie with Cross during the nomination, also had a few insinuations about why she did not get a pardon despite her campaign. She blamed Venita as one who may have been responsible for her loss. Angel believes Venita did this because of her unwillingness to pardon Adekunle the previous week.

On the bright side, Biggie ended the hunger games in the house with the provision of food. Even though this might simmer down the already heated house, the scheming from the failed Pardon Me Please nominations could spark another wave of drama, which could change the dynamics of friendships and associations in the house.
