Ways to pay your DStv account
Payments are made easy with DStv Africa Self Service. Login now!
You can pay for your own subscription or help others pay for their DStv subscription. You just need to enter the details of the person you want to pay for, verify the account and that you are paying the correct amount.
We have multiple payment options you can use to pay or reconnect your DStv account, such as MyDStv App, Internet Banking, USSD, Debit Order or you can visit our Walk-in Centres or your nearest store to top-up.

If you have family and friends in SA they can pay for you at selected Pick n Pay, Shoprite/Checkers and Kazang outlets
Please use the Prefix code 11687 for payments done at Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n’ Pay.
You can make payments at: Shoprite/Checkers
You can make payments in-store at the Money Market (this is the same place inside Shoprite/Checkers supermarkets where one can also purchase airtime and electricity).
Pick n Pay Payments can be made AT THE TILL
Kazang Payments can be made at the Kazang pay point which is managed inside the shop/store.
Please make sure that you request a receipt of payment from the cashier/vendor after paying, should you not be given one after making the payment.
Please use the 1st 10 digits of your smartcard as a reference and specify that you are paying for a Zimbabwean account.
Pay U allows you to pay using your VISA and MasterCard online (eazy.dstv.com/pay). Simply, enter the cardholders’ number, card number, CVV number and expiry date as displayed on your VISA and MasterCard card.
