Day 35: Twitter comments on the Eviction

23 August 2020
Tonight the Big Brother Naija Housemates bid farewell to one of their own, but that was not all, as usual where Ebuka is involved some tables were shaken and the viewers did not miss it!

Of course, tonight being Sunday there was a lot to look forward to. People wanted to know who the bottom four were and who would be left behind. In addition, they wanted to know who Ebuka would ask questions, how the Housemates would Vote, and of course, what the reaction of the Housemates would be after that

Praise was the sixth Housemate to leave the House today and all of these reactions were definitely captured by the Housemates and the viewers.

Kiddwaya speaks from a place of love

Kiddwaya told Ebuka that though he feels his comments to the Housemates were insensitive, they were from a place of love. Some of you understood his standpoint:

Tolanibaj fumbles

Ebuka asked Tolanibaj why she did not want to be on a team with Lucy. Tolanibaj first tried to say that she did not say that, but Ebuka persisted, saying he knew she did and eventually she relented. Here is how you all felt.

Brighto denies his words

Tonight was a shocker as we heard Brighto tell Ebuka that he did not say something that we know he did. Brighto and Kiddwaya spent some time a few days ago discussing how Neo was scripted and therefore fake. We know you know, here are the reactions of a few of you on the topic:

Vee said what she said

When Ebuka asked Vee what she told Laycon about his relationship with Vee, she did not hesitate like many of her fellow Housemates. This seemed to earn the respect of many fans such as these:

Twitter bids Praise farewell

On the topic of Praise leaving the House there was an overwhelming response of sadness from the viewers who seemed quite sad to see Praise go. Many of you reminisced on his dancing and his ego, and then there was the reminder that this is all a Game.

The Big Brother House still stands and there are still 14 Housemates to go in the House as we are only halfway through the season, which leads us to wonder what more is in store. Though we know Evictions are part of the process we know that they are never easy, nevertheless, we keep moving. We stay watching over the next few weeks to see who will take home the N85m grand prize!
