BBNaija S10 Live Show 4

Sunday night’s Live Show was yet another splash of fashion, nostalgia, and heartbreak as the season served up another blockbuster. In a dramatic double eviction, Victory and Gigi Jasmine’s journeys came to a shocking halt, leaving their beds vacant and their allies reeling. With Kayikunmi gone last week and Victory now sent packing, the house officially has no more “princes”, the palace doors have shut, and the royal storyline has ended in flames.

And of course, it started with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu doing what only Ebuka can do. The host stepped out in a rich emerald-green corduroy jacket with sharp black leather detailing, sleek trousers, and that cool composure he’s made his signature. It was a look that instantly grabbed attention, but it wasn’t just about fashion.

The fancy fit was a carefully chosen nod to Nollywood’s original fashion boy, Chidi Mokeme, who was so stylish in his prime that they dubbed him ‘GQ.’  With the week themed Nollywood Nostalgia, the fit spoke volumes: a reminder of where Nollywood came from and a wink at where Biggie’s housemates now stand in their own drama-filled journeys. But if Ebuka’s look set the tone, his pepper sealed it.

At the top of the show, every housemate was ordered to stand, their fates dangling in suspense, before Zita, this week’s Head of House and Queen of Immunity, Jason Jae, Faith, and Mensan were told to take a seat. But safe or not, no one could dodge Ebuka’s fire. Zita found herself fumbling after being asked why she had told Rooboy earlier in the week that boys who audition for BBNaija give her the “ick.”

Pushed further, Ebuka stung: What about Danboskid, her former ship before his shocking Eviction? Was he an “ick” too? Zita stumbled, unable to defend her own words.

In far less distress was Mensan, who celebrated being announced as the Most Influential Player Of The Week. And true to his trademark sobs, he crumbled into tears, falling to his knees in a raw display. Fitting, considering that the nod comes with Immunity.

Victory’s eviction came as a shock for so many, given how much effort he had put into repairing relationships during the week. After clashing with several housemates in past weeks, he had spent his last days patching up old wounds, leaning on Doris as a sounding board, even offering Gigi Jasmine a heartfelt apology. But the moves didn’t sway the votes.

On stage, Ebuka pressed him about the messy entanglements and fiery clashes that defined his stay, but Victory was curt, saying only: “I don’t want to talk about all those people.” With that, he made it clear he’s leaving Biggie’s world behind and heading back to farming.

The real sting came for Gigi Jasmine. Ebuka pulled receipts from a gossip session she’d had with Sultana, Thelma Lawson, and Kuture, where she’d claimed Denari had looked “unhappy” in his relationship with Doris, and worse, branded him a “lapdog.” Cornered on stage, she tried to backtrack, insisting: “I said he was a love-sick puppy, not a lapdog.” The damage, however, was already done. And before she could offer more explanations, her own name was called, sealing her fate as the second housemate to be evicted that night.

Elsewhere, Kaybobo also found himself in the hot seat over spending all his time in the kitchen, but he stood on business proudly, defending his love for cooking without hesitation. All the kitchen meltdowns notwithstanding, Kaybobo saw nothing wrong with ample time spent around the plates.

By the end of the night, the stage was littered with bombshells, confessions, and exits that no one quite saw coming. Victory’s royal reign ended abruptly, Gigi Jasmine’s sharp tongue caught up with her, and Ebuka’s fashion moment doubled as a history lesson in Nollywood nostalgia. It was a night that reminded fans why Sundays in Biggie’s house are unmissable: the fashion dazzles, the table-shaking cuts deep, and no one is safe.
