In their diary sessions, Adekunle, Angel, Pere, Soma and Venita opened up about their inner thoughts and feelings, and as they approach the final stretch of the competition, the All Stars don't hold back with Biggie in the diary room.

Inner struggles/tense moments
For Venita, this week has been a rollercoaster of emotions. She's been trying to navigate her negative thoughts in a positive way, and it's clear that it hasn't been easy. Spending time with the new family member, the punching bag upstairs was her way of releasing pent-up frustrations.  Despite these challenges, Venita sees vulnerability as a strength. She also reflected on the dinner incident with Adekunle and how it affected her emotionally. Pere, on the other hand, shared his feelings of tension and uncertainty as eviction night approaches. He admitted to regretting a previous moment of frustration when he punched the wall during his altercation with Doyin.

New discoveries
Soma reflected on his journey in the All Stars house, revealing that he's experiencing a whirlwind of mixed feelings. He recognizes that, regardless of whether he leaves or stays, it's a win for him.  Angel in her diary session revealed how she found parts of herself that she lost during her last season in the Big Brother Naija house and how she has exceeded her expectations while releasing pent-up anger that she came into the All Stars house with.

Adekunle's frustrations
Adekunle opened up about his relationship with Venita and the challenges they've faced. He believes that they didn't have the opportunity to be friends first, which may have contributed to misunderstandings between them. He also mentioned his frustration about Venita's communication style, noting that she prefers him to guess her thoughts and actions, which can sometimes lead to misunderstandings. While he clarified that he's not mad, he acknowledges feeling angry, particularly because this pattern has repeated itself.

In these candid diary sessions, the nominated housemates lay bare their innermost thoughts and emotions. As they brace themselves for the uncertainty of eviction night, their reflections provide a glimpse into the intricacies of life in the Big Brother Naija All Stars house.
