Day 21 – 13 Aug: A week of wins and losses – BBNaija

News
13 August 2023
Week 3 saw the All Stars losing their first wager and welcoming Frodd's baby.
a group of housemates in the arena

In line with the week's theme, "Nollywood," The third week on All Stars was drama filled. Following Princess's eviction, the housemates started the week in reflection mode; everyone had their eyes on Hoh throne and possibly winning immunity from the Black envelope challenge or the pardon me nomination twist. A feat only Hoh Ike and the latest Big Brother Naija dad, Frodd, were able to achieve.

Ike's tough Hoh reign

While he earned an extra week in Biggie's house and exclusive access to the Hoh floor with his chosen BFFs: Ceec, Mercy Eke, Venita, and Seyi, Ike faced numerous challenges as the Hoh this week. From his approach to conquering their wager task and the food, most housemates, including his BFFs, questioned his eccentric leadership style.

Biggie's all-hearing parrot spills more tea

As the housemates struggled through completing their wager task, Biggie's parrot got to talking two days in a row, leaving the house in disarray, this time revealing gossip spewed by Adekunle, Doyin, Frodd, Ilebaye, Ike, Mercy Eke, Kiddwaya and Seyi.

A huge wager loss

For the first time this season, the All Stars lost their wager after staking a whooping 4,310 coins. Their loss resulted from the housemates' failure to finish shooting their Nollywood-inspired movie titled "Ncha bu Nkem," meaning "Everything is mine."

However, their film presentation in a stage performance was a hit! Biggie and the fans on social could not stop raving about Frodd, Ilebaye, and Whitemoney's excellent acting skills.

Frodd's good news lightens up the mood

As the housemates dwelled on their loss, Frodd was informed about the birth of his baby girl. Although Seyi initially advised him against sharing the news with the All Stars. Frodd told them while they watched their film and enjoyed treats from Biggie. The announcement set the tone for the rest of the week as even amid food feuds due to their wager loss, the housemates still found ways to make the most of the remaining days in week three and stay optimistic for what the following week will bring.
