The series centres on Aitana Fernández, a woman determined to confront the people responsible for destroying her life. Taking on a new identity, Aitana becomes the nurse of family matriarch Eloísa Arenas, allowing her to enter the powerful family at the heart of her painful past.
Aitana plans to uncover the truth and take revenge. However, her mission becomes complicated when long-hidden secrets begin to emerge and unexpected feelings threaten to change her plans.
Her life takes another dramatic turn when she meets Zacarías Castillo, who recognises her despite her new identity. At the same time, she finds herself attracted to Luciano Lizárraga, one of the men she is determined to expose.
Caught between revenge and love, Aitana must decide whether to continue pursuing justice or allow herself the chance to build a different future.

My Secret Truth features a strong cast of popular Mexican and international actors. Susana González leads the series alongside David Chocarro and Andrés Palacios.
The cast also includes Geraldine Bazán, Rosa María Bianchi, Ferdinando Valencia, Michel Duval, Irán Castillo, Luis Felipe Tovar and Alma Delfina.
The series also features a theme song performed by Mexican music icon Lucero, adding another emotional element to the story.
