After the shockwaves of Victory and Gigi Jasmine’s exits, the house wasted no time moving on to fresh drama. With emotions still running high after Ebuka’s probing questions at the Live Eviction Show, housemates spent much of the evening venting.
Doris found herself caught in the crossfire of Gigi Jasmine’s parting words. Gigi Jasmine had shared her thoughts on Doris’ relationship with Denari, leaving Doris questioning what exactly had been said. At one point, she even speculated that Gigi Jasmine might have wanted to “snag him” herself, adding that she should have made it clear if that were the case. Sadly, Doris won’t be able to hear the full story directly, but she might address what she must.
Tonight’s HoH games provided some distraction, with Doris competing as one of the female representatives. Ultimately, Jason Jae emerged victorious, reclaiming the Interim HoH title for the second time. His choice of Koyin as his HoH condo partner raised eyebrows, given the rocky dynamics of recent weeks.
Only last Sunday, Jason Jae discovered that Sultana had kissed Koyin. When Ebuka pressed Koyin on whether this revelation might worsen his already tense relationship with Jason Jae, Koyin coolly responded that it was “none of his business.” Despite the awkwardness, the two men appear to have settled their differences and signed it off like gentlemen, now finding themselves as roommates.
Speaking to Sultana, Jason Jae explained that his decision to pick Koyin was all about avoiding drama. The revelations from the eviction show had taken a toll, and he wanted to reset his focus, taking the arena tasks seriously and prioritising his girlfriend outside the house. He admitted that choosing Sultana for the condo would have been a recipe for disaster. Sultana disagreed, insisting that she would never cross the line because she has shame. One thing’s for sure – we won’t be finding out this week.
Meanwhile, Ivatar and Mensan reignited their unfinished business, sparking fiery clashes at different points. Ivatar confronted Mensan directly, demanding he keep her name out of his mouth after hearing he had been talking about her. She claimed Gigi Jasmine had also told her that Mensan had been spreading things behind her back. Mensan chose to stay silent during her outburst. But Ivatar didn’t hold back, accusing him of stealing towels, even saying that Bright Morgan was controlling Mide. All this led to breaking plates. When Ivatar wasn’t present, Mensan was seen with Rooboy, Jason Jae, Joanna, Faith and others, stirring speculation about what might really be going on.
With Jason Jae back in power and Ivatar and Mensan’s tensions boiling over, the house is already shaping up for another fiery week.
