If there's one thing the Love Guests are all going to walk away from this experience with, it's a wealth of knowledge! This week as part of their preparation for the cultural showcase on Saturday, Aunty sent in a gifted basket-maker to show the Love Guests the ropes.
It was a labor of love for them all as they worked to grasp the new skill which may have seemed simple at the start but proved to be quite the challenge once they got deeper into the task. Because many hands make light the work, the couples didn't hesitate to give each other tips and guide themselves through the process. However the beauty of it all was that it gave them a chance to bond over the new experience.
The weaving brought to an end a week that's been filled with a multitude of new encounters for everyone and we're now certain the weekend showcase will be nothing short of amazing as Aunty has made sure to gift them with the A to Z of northern Nigerian culture.
