The game of alliances is afoot! While some housemates are in a strategic huddle, others are convinced that there are no such things as alliances. Everyone has a different idea of what is happening. Imisi came with a long list of alliances, claiming to have them all figured out. Denari, on the other hand, had his own theories, believing that the alliance between Faith, Zita, and Joanna was "frail." But even the closest housemates had different ideas. Joanna insisted she wasn't in an alliance but was just "clicking" with people. The only thing everyone can agree on is that no one knows who to trust.
Faith might have won Head of House, but his leadership style is not a win for everyone. Thelma Lawson, Ivatar, and Doris all expressed their frustrations with his "short man syndrome" and "bullying." Thelma Lawson shared a specific story about Faith telling her to leave a meeting if she didn't want to be a part of it. Ivatar also said that he was not "emotionally available" and that he needed to calm down. While some of the housemates were not happy with him, others, like Denari, rated him high for being a "most influential player" but were shocked he actually won the votes.
The housemates also used the Diary Room to air out their personal feuds. Thelma Lawson confessed that she was tired of Isabella's sexual jokes and was "avoiding" her. Ivatar also expressed her frustration with Mensan's lack of communication and Thelma Lawson's overbearing attitude. She said that she did not like how Thelma Lawson "overtalks everybody and acts like she is better than everybody." Doris admitted she was tired of their losing streak, and Joanna was feeling mentally drained. It seems the game is getting personal, and the housemates are not afraid to call each other out.
With the game getting more and more intense, the housemates also shared their predictions for the winner. Denari's list of favourites included Rooboy, Imisi, Doris, Thelma Lawson, and Isabella, while Thelma Lawson believed Mensan had a shot. Ivatar and Joanna both tipped Doris to win the game. But as they talked about the game, the reality of being in the house started to sink in. Mensan teared up as he talked about his desire to make his family proud, and Joanna confessed that the game was mentally draining.
It seems that even though the housemates are fighting, at the end of the day, they are just trying to win the game for themselves and the people they love.
All housemates are up for possible eviction this week, with the exception of Head of House and Most Influential Player Of The Week Faith, Mensan who has Red Envelope Immunity, and Zita who was saved by the HoH via tree of trinkets.
