Tracy has become the second female Head of House this season, clinching the win in a tense battle against focus and time. She chose a visibly grateful Kuture as her HoH condo partner, and he was more than happy to accept the role. Congratulations poured in from all corners of the house, but so did kitchen chaos.
Before her win, Ebuka made sure to remind the victorious team, Team meat-Based Diet, not to allow Team Plant-Based, of which Tracy is a member, into the kitchen. However, with her new HoH title, Tracy’s kitchen entitlement seemed inevitable. Rooboy and Jason Jae wasted no time in reminding her that she is not just the Head of Kitchen – she is Head of House. According to their interpretation, that means the kitchen falls under her rule as well.
Only Isabella and Imisi, both from the losing team, had prepared food before the HoH game, but the space was suddenly bustling after Tracy’s victory. The big question remains: can she maintain order in the kitchen over the next 24 hours?
The celebrations were bittersweet, as the house is now two housemates down. Danboskid and Ibifubara’s evictions hit some harder than others, with Mensan visibly emotional. He spoke through tears about what a strong pillar Danboskid had been for him. Fellow housemates, including Doris and Mide, rallied around to comfort him, but as always in Biggie’s house, life moved on quickly.
Before long, bags were packed back into rooms and conversations turned to Danboskid’s legacy. Isabella, Faith and Mide praised what Biggie had dubbed “Danbosweek,” with Isabella confidently predicting he would thrive outside the house.
Meanwhile, in the bedroom, simmering tensions were being stirred. Doris and Dede became the main topic of conversation between Sultana, Gigi Jasmine and Jason Jae. Doris has long-standing beef with Sultana that began after the wager presentation but has now escalated. In her eviction diary session, Doris revealed to Big Brother that Sultana, apparently without her knowledge, urinated in Dede’s box. Doris claimed she had to clean Dede’s clothes “with her bare hands.” What angered her is that Sultana did not even say “thank you” to her.
Adding to the emotional undercurrent, Gigi Jasmine apologised to Dede before the Live Show for spreading a rumour that left her in tears the night before. The apology fell flat, however, as Dede walked away without so much as a nod, seemingly unwilling to forgive.
Meanwhile, Jason Jae has embarked on what he calls a “Dede-Free Week,” a pact he says he made with Kola. Whether he can stick to it remains to be seen, and knowing this house, it’s likely to be anything but drama-free.
