New year, new time slots – One Zed

The new year brings in many new things for One Zed including new time slots for your most loved shows.

As we step out of the old into the new, we are excited to bring good news about an upgrade to your viewing experience, right here on One Zed DStv Channel 162 and GOtv Channel 8.

The new year starts in style with some changes and new additions in the month of January.

Here is a breakdown of what to expect in the first months of the year 2022:

Drama galore!

Your favourite show, Mpali starts off the year on the 3rd of January with an extra night added to the drama. Mpali will now be aired four times a week, from Monday to Thursday at 20:30hrs. Make sure you tell your friends to tell their friends that Thursdays will never be the same again on One Zed!

More Friday laughter

Fridays are made for comedy and One Zed takes this assignment seriously. From 7 January, the mischievous Spoiler will be moving to Fridays at 21:00hrs followed by the Alibaba and his colleague’s shenanigans in Security Guard at 21:30hrs. Get your popcorn ready because this will be an awesome way to get your weekends started.

Did someone say Sunday TV!?

There’s no better way to end the weekend than a cosy gathering around the TV on Sunday evening. To keep you entertained through the week, My Kitchen Party moves to Sunday from 9 January at 19:00hrs. A new weekly drama, Masauso is coming soon also occupying a Sunday evening slot, starting from the 16th of January. Get ready to enjoy a full week of entertainment, right here on One Zed.
