Now you can access your DStv and GOtv content online, and manage your account on all our digital platforms, with a single set of simple sign-on details!
The new MultiChoice CIAM (customer identity access management) system allows customers to use one sign-on across all digital platforms – website, self-service apps (MyGOtv, MyDStv), USSD channels, as well as WhatsApp.
The new system uses a universal MultiChoice ID, and is available in Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe, for all customers, excluding DStv Business self-service platforms.
The single sign-on system replaces the earlier system, which required smartcard numbers to access our digital platforms. The new system lets MultiChoice customers access to their favourite content – or manage their accounts – using the same set of simple, self-chosen sign-on details.
It’s also an effective way for MultiChoice to meet customer needs, and add value by ensuring our self-service platforms are easy to access and navigate.
It’s as simple as creating a MultiChoice ID linked to the email address or mobile number in your initial service agreement. Passwords can be reset, and there is a simple forgot-password functionality.
Use the same login details to sign into all MultiChoice apps and websites, from any device. You can access all the same content you enjoy on your DStv, GOtv or Showmax subscription.
