DStv Stream is the brand and name for our streaming only subscriptions. DStv Stream allows customers to take a subscription and enjoy our content anywhere without the need for a decoder. 

DStv customers can stream live TV, movies, series and sport through DStv Stream on compatible smartphones, tablets, smart TVs and web browsers. 

With your DStv decoder subscription, Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, Family and Access customers get 1 decoder view and 1 anywhere stream, while Lite customers get 1 decoder view only. 

With your DStv Stream subscription, you get 1 stream.

You can register up to 4 devices on your account. 

First, download and install the DStv Stream app on your compatible smart TV from your device’s app store. Go to dstv.stream/TV on your mobile device, enter the code, and sign in to your DStv account. Enjoy access to live TV, sport, movies, and series. 

Log onto DStv Stream, on the top navigation, you will find Menu for Showmax, select and enjoy Showmax Originals content.

Showmax Originals content is available on DStv Stream Compact and all higher packages.
