Ways to pay your DStv account

Payments are made easy with DStv Self Service. Login now!

You can pay for your own subscription or help others pay for their DStv subscription. You just need to enter the details of the person you want to pay for, verify the account and that you are paying the correct amount.

We have multiple payment options you can use to pay or reconnect your DStv account, such as MyDStv App, Internet Banking, USSD, Debit Order or you can visit our Walk-in Centres or your nearest store to top-up.

  1. Dial *626# and login.
  2. Select account you want to transact from.
  3. Input PIN code.
  4. Choose option for make payments.
  5. Select option 1 for DSTV payments.
  6. Select Option 1 to register device number; then enter smart card How to make your paymen.
  7. Dial *626# and login.
  8. Select bank account you want to transact from.
  9. Input PIN code.
  10. Choose option for, make payments.
  11. Select option 1 for DSTV payments.
  12. Choose option 3 to pay to registered device number.
  13. Select device number registered under your account/profile.
  14. Enter number for the preferred bouquet.
  15. Enter preferred viewing environment i.e. single view, PVR etc. Input the number of months to pay Confirm payment

airtel money

  1. Dial *211#
  2. Select option 3, “make payments” & send
  3. Select option 1, Make payments
  4. Select option 2, “TV”
  5. Select 1 for DStv
  6. Select 1 to pay for existing package, 2 to change bouquet and 3 for Box office
  7. Input your smartcard number
  8. Confirm price displayed
  9. Input your pin code Select Send

First Capital Bank

You can pay your account in cash at any FMB Branch within the country, ATM and Mobile App . Remember to always have your smartcard number handy for use when making payment.

NBS Bank

You can make payment at any branch or via Easy Mobile & Easy online. Always remember to have your smartcard number handy.

Standard Bank

You can pay your account in cash at any Standard Bank within the country, ATM and Mobile App. Remember to always have your smartcard number handy for use when making payment.

FDH Bank

You can pay your account in cash at any FDH Bank within the country, ATM and Mobile App. Remember to always have your smartcard number handy for use when making payment.

National Bank

You can pay your account in cash at any National Bank within the country, ATM and Mobile App. Remember to always have your smartcard number handy for use when making payment.

  2. 4 “make payment”
  3. 3 “TV Subscription”
  4. 2 “DSTV”
  5. Entre smartcard number.
  6. Select 1 to confirm.
  7. Select 1 for Subscription.
  8. Choose the package you would like to pay.
  9. Choose the add on if you want or 3 to skip to next step.
  10. Select single dual view, xtra view.
  11. Select number of months, YES to confirm.

Select 3 (Pay Bill)

Select 4 (Multichoice Services)

Select 1 (DStv)

Enter DStv Account Number

CUSTOMER JOURNEY FOR TINGG USSD *369#

Steps

1. Service is offered by Tingg Agents in various areas eg. (SHOPRITE MALLS & PUBLIC SHOPS).

2. Customer approaches any Tingg Agent with their IUC NUMBER for subscription payment.

3. Agent pays subscription for the customer as per DStv package request.

4. Customer pays the agent CASH and receives a receipt.

 

CUSTOMER JOURNEY FOR TINGG ONLINE VISA PAYMENT

Steps

1. Log into MyDStv APP

2. Select Pay

3. Select Tingg

4. Select viewing package

5. Enter CVV number (3 digit number behind your visa card)

6. Confirm payment

7. An OTP will be received from the Bank to complete the payment as the account holder.

Pep

Customer pays the agent CASH and receives a receipt.
