Ceec and Pere had several rifts with the housemates in the early hours. She and her co-director Pere also made several statements during wager task preparations that didn't sit right with the All Stars. Although Ceec later apologized to encourage team spirit and get the housemates to shoot their film, the entire house was at loggerheads with the duo.
Ceec expresses herself
After Seyi addressed the housemates to prepare the house for their wager task, Ceec gathered to chat with Ike and Seyi. She cautioned Seyi about how he spoke to the housemates and said her piece about what happened as they rehearsed.
Ceec said the housemates didn't want to see her succeed. She added that she had just endured last night's rehearsal to keep the peace. However, she didn't appreciate scriptwriters being on set simultaneously with her and Pere because they are typically passionate and tend to disrupt the process. She felt Seyi intended to cut off the directors from the filmmaking process, which she is against. Interestingly Ike had told Tolanibaj and Kiddwaya of his plans to do this as he believed the directors and producers were finding it hard to co-exist, and it was slowing them down.
Pere shares similar sentiments with Ceec
To control the rifts, Hoh Ike had approached Pere so he could air his grievances and squash his issues with Seyi. Pere expressed that it was disrespectful that the housemates kept interfering with his role and undermining his importance. He said he would not work with Seyi until he apologised for his remarks. Seyi didn't apologise and said rehearsals could continue with Pere and Ceec.
Ceec later approached Seyi and encouraged him to put their differences aside; she knows that a lot has gone wrong; however, they need to put their heads together to ensure they have food next week. After Ceec's apology, the housemates put on their acting hats and gave us a performance. Things might be looking up for the All Stars as the parts they filmed were entertaining, and even socials agree.
