Adekunle and Alex have recently been at the centre of growing tensions that could potentially explode into a major conflict. The question on everyone's mind is whether there's a ticking time bomb waiting to detonate between them.
The first sparks of discord between Adekunle and Alex flew during a pool and grill party. Alex believed that Ike had attempted to drown her, and in retaliation, she hit him. This encounter quickly escalated into a heated argument as Adekunle tried to defend Ike. Shouting matches ensued, and it became evident that these two housemates were not on the same page.
The pool and grill party altercation was just the beginning. A subsequent clash occurred over a seemingly innocuous task involving Pepsi and musical chairs. While it was a momentary quarrel between Adekunle and Alex, it was Venita who came to Adekunle's defence and extended the argument. These confrontations hinted at deeper tensions simmering beneath the surface.
However, the most recent altercation brought these simmering tensions to a boiling point. The issue at hand? Locker space. Adekunle accused Alex of hoarding the lockers and confronted her about using the locker he had requested from her. Tensions flared further when Alex placed her outfit on top of Adekunle's bags, provoking him. "If you want a problem, I will give you a problem," Adekunle said to Alex. Adekunle, in his diary session, declared that he felt untouchable due to the immunity he held, raising the question of whether his immunity was making him more inclined to seek out conflict.
