It’s been another eventful day in Big Brother’s house, filled with drama, laughter, love and plenty of rehearsals.
The morning kicked off with a workout session before housemates shifted focus to preparations for their big wager presentation. Imisi stole the spotlight early on as she worked the sewing machine with passion, singing in an unknown language while creating outfits for her team. Soon after, Big Brother turned up the energy by playing Michael Jackson’s Thriller, tying into the “face your fears” theme. Koyin took the lead in guiding the famous dance routine, though Sultana struggled to catch the steps while Jason Jae and others in garden brought playful energy to it.
As rehearsals intensified, personalities in the house came alive. Jason Jae, in a conversation with Dede, showed off unshakable confidence. Declaring, “I am Jason Jae for a reason, you need to know the weight that comes with that name,” he appeared ready for anything, even eviction. Dede, on the other hand, seemed more anxious. Meanwhile, Denari and Doris warmed hearts with a cozy breakfast cuddle in the corner, showing that romance continues to bloom quietly.
But not everyone is rooting for love. Bright Morgan confided in Mide that Kola had once admitted he wouldn’t pursue Dede outside the house. Mide's opinion was that no one with self-respect would stay hung up on just one person, hinting that Kola’s “love” for Dede might only be because he has limited options in the house.
Elsewhere, humour and tension collided as food drama erupted. Ivatar complained that her sardine had gone missing, followed closely by news of a missing egg. This was enough to spark a full HOH intervention. Rooboy stormed into the spotlight, demanding all housemates gather in the lounge immediately. His dramatic call, “It doesn’t matter what you are doing, drop it. I am serious”, had everyone’s attention as he introduced the idea of marking personal food items.
Biggie announced it was time for the Thriller dance presentation and both teams swung into action, first getting into makeup and costume before giving it their very best. All that's left now is to get the result of their performance from the viewers.
Shortly after the dance presentation, the focus returned to task rehearsals. Koyin leads Team Death Reading while Jason Jae leads Team A Night in Citrine Room.
The Jason Jae-led team stood out in rehearsals, with him once again shining during his solo, while Koyin’s team looked disorganised despite his strong lead. Mide added creative direction to the acting scene, while Doris worked steadily on props alongside her group.
From romance and rivalries to food scandals and hard work, the house has once again delivered a day full of diverse dynamics. With the wager looming, all eyes are on who will rise to the occasion and who might crack under the pressure.
