The housemates, split into two teams, went head-to-head across three rounds: the SuperSport quiz, the Nigerian Idol task finale, and two drama presentations - Lost and Found and Life of Pain and the judges had plenty to say.
After the rapid fire quiz, the music round, saw Jason Jae praised for confidence and consistency, Denari commended for effort but critiqued on pitch and energy, Mensan impressing with flair despite forgetting lyrics, and Koyin earning style points though his vocals lost momentum.
The first theatre performance, Lost and Found, was met with tough criticism. Eucharia Anunobi- Eku complained about poor audibility, lack of crowd engagement, and wrong information right from the start. Tony Umez said he “found them then lost them,” calling the King’s role too much to bear and rating the act below average. While Iyanya handed them a 5/10 for effort, Omawumi disagreed, saying she enjoyed the Princess and King’s display even if she “wouldn’t watch it again.”
The second performance, Life of Pain, started on a strong note but was described as disjointed and jumpy. One judge commended the Father’s seamless transition into the Lecturer and praised Mensan’s introduction. Another loved the chemistry between the Husband and Wife, while the others felt the housemates weren’t serious enough, urging them to always bring their best effort.
When it was Biggie’s turn, he agreed the plots lacked cohesion and polish but acknowledged the housemates’ busy week. Despite the shortcomings, he praised their courage and declared the entire house winners of the wager!
Overall, the night delivered a mix of showmanship, effort, and room for improvement - keeping both judges and housemates on their toes.
