After being away for such a long time, Biggie’s baritone’s voice filled the House and boomed through the speakers once again as he welcomed the first batch of Housemates into the BB Naija Shine Ya Eye. Turns out we weren't the only ones excited to hear Biggie's voice, the new Housemates were pretty ecstatic.
While congratulating them on making it into the House, Biggie shared a bit about the House that will become home to the Housemates for the next 10 weeks.
Here’s his welcome speech
Gentlemen... shall we refer to you with your distinguished and deserved title, Housemates?
Housemates, welcome to Big Brother's house.
You've been selected from tens of thousands as the chosen few...wait, you already know this. Let's talk about something else.
Since the last guests, the house has gone through a makeover. Housemates, do you like the new house?
No surprises here.
Big Brother spared no expense in preparing a befitting home for the champions that you all are.
No doubt, you would have noticed that some doors are locked. Do not worry. In time, those doors will open... Maybe, we should open one of the doors just for you to have a sneak peak of what Big Brother has in store for you.
On the mezzanine floor, to your left is the executive lounge. The lounge is now open for you to explore.
Housemates... The lounge will remain open for just one hour.
