Day 3: 10/10 honesty in the Diary Room – BBNaija

News
29 July 2025
The first round of Diary Room sessions have kicked off in the 10/10 house.
BBNaijja housemates

On Tuesday afternoon, Biggie summoned the first batch of housemates into the Diary Room, where they sobbed, laughed, and unleashed revelations about their first three days in the house. Elated for their first one-on-one with Big Brother, the faves talked through navigating dynamics with their fellow housemates, adapting to their new reality, and finding their feet in a house mandated on max pressure, Big Soso, Bright Morgan, Doris, Denari, Faith, Ibifubara, KayBobo and Imisi were the first to spill, giving viewers the season's first serving of private thoughts swirling in the house.

While Bright Morgan and Faith maintained composure while airing their icks and discomforts with other housemates, Gigi Jasmine let the waterworks flow on her desire to be in a ship with Victory. Here's a look at the vibe in each diary room session today.

Big Soso

Big Soso described herself as a people person with strong discernment and is used to being around many people because she comes from a big family. So far, she finds everyone sweet and hasn’t faced any challenges. She’s been appointed as the kitchen prefect by the Head of House (Jason Jae), a role she seems to be embracing. She’s happy with Jason Jae’s HoH win, describing him as calm, a good listener, and a team player. She supports him and says, “follow who know road, and Jason knows the road.” She’s connected with Kuture and Kola and nominated Denari and Mide because she has not connected with him, and Mide because she finds her closed off, unwilling to engage in deeper conversations, lacks a teachable spirit and doesn’t take jokes well.

Bright Morgan

Bright Morgan described his experience so far as “crazy but fun,” noting that although he’s an adaptable person, the mix of different personalities in the house has been intense. One of his struggles is having to juggle just two toilets among them all. Bright Morgan has a lot of respect for the current HoH particularly admiring his focus and leadership.  He’s connected mostly with the guys through deep conversations, especially around topics like auditions, sex, and relationships. However, he hasn’t had the opportunity to connect deeply with the ladies. The biggest surprise for him came from Dede, who told him on day one that she doesn’t give hugs, something that caught him completely off guard. He also expressed frustration with Imisi, saying she doesn’t listen to understand, but instead listens to argue, referencing a specific disagreement in the kitchen, thus he nominated her. He also nominated Danboskid because they simply haven’t bonded.

Doris

Doris shared that she hasn’t fully settled into the house and got emotional and cried a little because she hasn’t been eating properly. The house feels overwhelming with so many people. She expressed frustration about food distribution in the house. She was upset after working on the wager all morning and only getting a small piece of chicken, despite helping many housemates with their ideas. She doesn’t like others making food for her, especially when she didn’t get to choose what she wanted. Despite the chaos, she’s made new friends she genuinely loves. She admits to struggling with the mess in the house but reminds herself that it’s Biggie’s house, not hers. She has been pleasantly surprised by Jason Jae, finding him more chilled and good-vibed than expected. She nominated Denari due to lack of connection, and Thelma because she views her as a strong competitor.

Denari

Denari shared that he’s eating well and enjoying the opportunity to meet and get to know new people, which has contributed to his positive experience so far. He has formed a good connection with Kuture, whom he finds funny, cool, and someone who understands his sense of humour. On the other hand, he finds Mide unapproachable and feels she has a mean demeanour, noting that she only seems to be herself around Dede. He spoke positively about the current Head of House, Jason Jae, calling him “proper” and saying he doesn’t see why anyone would have a problem with him. For nominations, Denari chose Dede and Mide because they mostly keep to themselves and don’t interact much with others. He also mentioned that Mide comes across as a bit rude.

Gigi Jasmine

Gigi Jasmine spoke about feeling emotionally overwhelmed the previous day after struggling to get housemates to take cleaning seriously. Having to raise her voice to be heard left her hurt and exhausted. Though she initially felt ignored by Head of House Jason Jae, she later appreciated him stepping in with support and solutions. She opened up about her bond with Victory, who comforted her during that tough moment. While unsure if she’s in-like or in-love, she acknowledges their connection runs deeper than chores. Biggie advised her to tread carefully, saying, “Before you buy the mega yacht, make sure there’s no iceberg.” She described Otega as her supportive and funny bestie, but criticised Zita for being nonchalant and untidy. For nominations, she picked Imisi for being interruptive and not truly listening, and Zita for her laid-back attitude.

Faith

Faith is feeling good and enjoying the mix of personalities in the house. He raised concerns about Isabella, describing her as transactional and performative, particularly after she promised to dance for the guys as a reward. This behaviour made him question her sincerity and loyalty. He praised Jason Jae’s leadership, saying he’s handling power well, and highlighted growing bonds with housemates he sees as genuine, especially Jason Jae, Sultana, Otega, and Ivatar. While he finds Sultana and Ivatar individually likable, he’s noticed tension between them, pointing out that they haven’t even smiled at each other and that Sultana called Ivatar a hypocrite. Faith nominated Isabella for not being authentic, and Rooboy, though reluctantly. He ended his Diary Session on a cheerful note, saying, “I love you, Big Brother.”

Ibifubara

Ibifubara shared that she’s doing well but was still calming down from an emotional moment earlier. She expressed frustration with the subtle gender roles in the house, especially when some male housemates questioned why she wasn’t cooking, even though she contributes in other ways. Zita also brought up similar concerns with her. Biggie encouraged her to aim for HoH if she wants to create change. Despite the earlier issue, Ibifubara respects Jason Jae’s leadership, calling him thoughtful, passionate, and caring. She nominated Zita due to a lack of connection and sensing that Zita may not like her, and Otega because she sees him as strong competition. She admitted she doesn’t want to compete with someone that strong.

KayBobo

KayBobo was feeling a little under the weather, but is enjoying getting to know everyone in the house. He says he is finding out a lot of things he did not know that are going on in the house. He has identified a headquarters in the house where gossip goes on. KayBobo loves Jason Jae as HoH and commends him for managing being the first HoH in an opinionated house. He also has found someone he likes, Big Soso, but he recently found out she is actually single. He doesn't like that she lied about her relationship status because he doesn't appreciate liars. Kaybobo finds her very intellectual and smart. The two chefs bonded about owning restaurants and their ambitions. He says he does not know what to believe now after finding this information out. He says it is a red flag for him because it reminds him of his ex, who lied to him.

Imisi

Imisi reflected on an emotional moment with Faith and Kola, praising Faith’s intellect and support. She’s enjoying her stay in the house and prefers not to stick to one group. While she likes KayBobo, she’s not fond of Big Soso, citing a food-related incident. She also mentioned not seeing someone “as a man,” though she didn’t clarify who. The session turned emotional as she cried about how much the opportunity means to her and admitted to feeling insecure, especially about being seen as “the girl who is always confused.” Biggie reassured her. She nominated Otega and Ivatar, though she intended to nominate Zita instead.
