The police arrest Muzo for inciting violence and causing 'grievous bodily harm', ChiChi earns her mothers wrath, and Naomi receives a piece of information that could change everything.

Naomi goes along with Ruzivo's plan to spare her daughter further humiliation, Dr Nkalalanga tells Naomi about Towela visiting his shrine, and Zulu finally connects the damning dots.

Ruzivo confides in Muzo about her family problems, Alex and Zulu realize that their partnership is not as sweet as they initially thought, and during a run-in with Naomi - Towela blurts out that she carrying Zulu's child.

Kangwa and Naomi decide to vote Zulu out of his position as C.E.O of Mungoma Records, but Ruzivo tells Naomi that she will be standing by her father.

Towela tells Zulu that she is expecting his child, and Naomi swears an oath to pay Dr Nkhalango back for all the blackmail, toil and trouble he wrecked on her and her family's lives.

Ruzivo's humiliating secret is exposed in the press, Andrea Zulu nearly sees through the threat to kill Towela for the pain and anguish she inflicted on his daughter, and Zanda and Kangwa devise a plan to get hold of Naomi's phone.

Naomi vows to fight tooth and nail against Andrea Zulu, promising to reclaim Mungoma Records from the man who betrayed her trust. Dr Nkalango sees the cracks in the Zulu's foundation as an opportunity to remind Naomi of their 'strong bond'. And Muzo prepares for life beyond his imminent stardom.

Muzo, Alex and Ruzivo endure an awkward first meeting at the Mungoma offices. Naomi pays her blackmailer K100 000, and then contends with a nosy guest who asks too many questions.

Zulu calls things off with Tolewa before she is ready to give up the luxe lifestyle he affords her. Ruzivo tells Muzo about her impending nuptials to Alex, all the while reassuring him that he is the love of her life. Zanda and Kangwa discuss the strange and disturbing messages that Naomi has been receiving.

In this season premiere, Andrea Zulu's claims on the ownership of Mungoma Records are challenged by Kangwa, Ruzivo's efforts to avoid her fiancé don't go unnoticed, and a disgruntled musician takes to the stage to expose the abuse suffered at the hands of the record label.
