Karabo has kept a secret about his two kids outside of his relationship with Elizabeth. He then asks her if she will accept them. She responds that she is shocked, especially because she had remained faithful to and stayed with him even when he was incarcerated. She declines when asked if she will be with having the kids come and live with them. She feels that those kids should stay with their mother, and she will stay with hers, which did not sit very well with Karabo.
