Youth Day article

They came on to the scene ready to work and show off their talent and it’s been a treat to watch them on our #MzansiMagic shows.

The smart and out of her shell Tshiamo

#Gomora came through with fresh new talent and one of those was Lerato Mokoka also known as “Tshiamo” who we met as a very timid young lady who is all about school and wanting a bright future for herself.

She has since come out of her shell and started to be more outspoken which made us appreciate her talent even more. She has since won Miss Gomora High School and started working at a radio station where she’s been doing amazing. To top it all off, she found herself a boyfriend in Teddy and we’re here for it.

Quiet and very brave Nozi

With an impressive portfolio like hers, it’s no wonder that Zekhethelo Zondi has been turning heads more by the day with her performances. One of those has been that of “Nozi” on #Isifiso which she has been killing since season 1.

She has been acting amongst the most talented people in the industry and she keeps showing up and showing off. Nozi has gone through a lot since losing her mother at the hands of her own sister and recently lost her father, also because of the ever troublesome Bazo and she’s been bringing it on every scene and it’s been a pleasure to watch.

Sivuyile brought all the passion

The fire that he brought the second we got introduced to him on #GqeberhaTheEmpire was very refreshing and it’s been amazing to watch since. Likhwithemba Booi fast became a favourite when he came in as “Sivuyile” Ta Msi’s long lost son and left viewers wanting to see more of him. He has been the perfect fit to the show and all his emotions have left us sad, happy, annoyed and everything in between.

His performance leaves our jaws on the floor and makes it so easy to love him. Discovering that he’s also a very talented singer made the audience love him even more.

Taking on the Great

Last but definitely not least, the amazing young Shaka , Shaka kaSenzangakhona.
Ntando Zondi (10-years) is who we’re about to witness this Sunday at 20:00 on #ShakaiLembeMzansi and looking at the teasers that we’ve seen so far, it’s not hard to see that he’s putting on one amazing performance and we’re keen!

Son of Queen Nandi and Zulu King Senzangakhona kaJama. Shaka and his mother were outcasts who endured hardships which shaped him to become a legendary leader and warrior. His story of unwavering determination and unbreakable will is a testament to the power of the human spirit. He went on to conquer and unify many kingdoms to build the Zulu nation and left an indelible mark on African history that continues to fascinate people around the world.

Happy Youth Day #MzansiMagic family.
